Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive of The Precision Clinic, Luke leads the strategy behind the development and offerings within our outpatient, diagnostic and surgical centres. An experienced innovator across public and private healthcare, he now leverages capital markets to give our proven operators a platform to deliver safe, efficient services in the community. 

Luke’s career has a consistent thread of redesigning pathways across MSK services, diagnostics, surgery and elite sport. 

He originally trained as a physiotherapist and believes that quality comes from attention to detail at every step of the pathway. He is clear that gold-standard care rests on a number of non-negotiables: patient choice, timely access, dignity and a consistently positive experience, leading to better outcomes for patients and greater satisfaction for our colleagues.

 

Christopher-John Perrin

Chief Operating Officer

Christopher-John Perrin began his career as a clinician within the NHS in London and has worked across the healthcare sector for more than 15 years. Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior clinical and operational leadership roles, including serving as Registered Manager, Hospital and Executive Director within the Independent Healthcare sector.

He holds an MBA with distinction and brings extensive expertise across operations and governance, strategy, commercial and business development, procurement, and contract management in both the NHS and independent sectors.  

His experience and leadership supports The Precision Clinic's commitment to ensuring outstanding, patient-centred care and continues to set the highest standards in healthcare excellence, not just for patients, but for all those who work with The Precision Clinic.
